Along with the CX Fit Score 360° service and its quick, free test, we plan to undertake a dedicated research project – CX Fit Score Benchmark – for large companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. Our aim is to push CX discipline forward in the market.

The purpose of this document is to fully and clearly set forth the terms of using the CX Fit Score Service. This document may only be amended in the form specified in these Terms.
The provider of the CX Fit Score Service is Wunderman Thompson s.r.o., with its registered seat at the address Nádražní 762/32, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Business ID No.: 250 54 309, registered with the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 45691,
2.1 „„Provider“ means Wunderman Thompson s.r.o., as specified in Section 1 of these Terms.
2.2 „„User“ means a person who is interested in using the CX Fit Score Service;
2.3 „„Terms“ means the following terms and conditions of use of the CX Fit Score Service as set forth by the Provider;
2.4 „„CX Fit Score Service“ means the User's ability to participate in the CX Online Quiz under the stipulated terms and conditions.
2.5 „„CX Online Quiz“ means an online quiz designed to identify the level/maturity of CX (CX Fit Score) in the User’s company and available to users at www.cxfitscore.cz.
3.1 The User starts the CX Online Quiz by clicking on the appropriate icon to launch the CX Online Quiz. Once CX Online Quiz has been started, quiz questions will be displayed to the User one by one. Assessment of the CX Online Quiz requires the User's answering of all the questions asked.
3.2 After answering all quiz questions, the User shall send the CX Online Quiz for assessment by clicking on the appropriate “Continue” icon. Sending of the CX Online Quiz for assessment shall be subject to granting of consent with these Terms.
3.3 Upon sending of the CX Online Quiz for assessment and approval of the Terms, the User shall receive at the email address provided thereby a link to the CX Online Quiz assessment. As part of the CX Online Quiz assessment, the User shall have access to the CX Online Quiz result (CX Online Report) directly in the User’s browser. As part of the CX Online Quiz assessment, the indicators counted shall be displayed to the User – CX Fit Score, maturity levels, competencies and textual recommendations depending on the level of assessment achieved.
3.4 The CX Fit Score Service shall be provided free of charge.
4.1 The User represents that they are authorised to provide all the information provided thereby to the Provider when answering the questions asked within CX Online Quiz and that providing of the requested information shall not harm any third party.
4.2 The User represents that their answering of the CX Online Quiz questions shall not violate any confidentiality obligation.
Processing of personal data shall be the prerequisite for provision of the CX Fit Score Service, as its use is a prerequisite for obtaining the CX Online Quiz assessment. The User acknowledges personal data processing to the extent and under the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms. Provision of personal data constitutes a contractual requirement and shall be mandatory. Should the User as data subject fail to provide their personal data to the extent required, the CX Online Quiz assessment may not be sent to them.
The data controller shall be Wunderman Thompson s.r.o., with its registered seat at the address Nádražní 762/32, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Business ID No.: 250 54 309, registered with the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 45691 (hereinafter referred to as the „Controller“).
Name, surname, email address, employer’s name and, where applicable, other personal data communicated by the User and not required for the provision of the CX Fit Score Service (hereinafter referred to as the „Data“).
The purpose of Data processing shall be the assessment of the CX Online Quiz and communicating of such CX Online Quiz assessment to the User, inclusion in the Controller's contact database and sending of business communications, in particular regarding similar services, providing of professional and marketing information and sending of event invitations, organizing of events and informing on the Controller's news as well as defending of the Controller’s legal claims.
Data shall be stored and processed for the period of four years after the assessment of the CX Online Quiz. Such period shall not exceed the time necessary for the purpose of processing.
The legal basis for Data processing for above-specified purposes shall be performance pursuant to these Terms, i.e. performance of the agreement concluded and the legitimate interest of the Controller.
Data may be processed under the authority of the Organizer as a controller for the processor in the Czech Republic, i.e. it shall concern in particular entities involved in partial processing of data and storage of data by authorised processors, predominantly in data centres. Such partial processors may include marketing service providers, IT service providers, and providers of legal and accounting services.
The User as a data subject shall have the rights set forth in Articles 12 through 22 and 34 of the Regulation, in particular the right to transparency of processing, right to information and access to Data, right to rectification and erasure, right to restrict processing of data, right to object to processing, right to portability of data, right to object to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, and right not to be the subject of a decision based on automated processing, including profiling.
In the event of any doubts about observance of their rights, the User can contact the Controller and request remedy or clarification as well as object and lodge a complaint at the following email address: dpo@wundermanthompson.com.

Any user who has provided their Data to the Controller shall have right to object to processing of their Data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent concerning direct marketing.
The supervisory authority shall be the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), with which the User may lodge their complaint(s).
6.1 The Provider reserves the right to make its own decisions on all issues relatedto the provision of the CX Fit Score Service.
6.2 All content of the website through which the Provider provides the CX Fit Score Service to users shall be the Provider’s property and may not be copied, modified or otherwise used by the User, including, without limitation, for public, commercial or any other purposes, without the Provider’s express written consent.
6.3 The Provider shall not be liable and responsible to the User for any damage suffered by the User as a result of the User’s interpretation of the CX Online Quiz results, sharing of the CX Online Quiz or use of the CX Online Quiz Report as obtained by the User through their use of the CX Fit Score Service.
6.4 The Provider shall be authorised to publicly share the result of the CX Online Quiz taken by the User exclusively in anonymised form.
6.5 The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion.
